  • Refunds will not be issued if the client decides they no longer need the software after purchasing a license.
  • You must allow our Tech Support team the opportunity to resolve any recovery issues. If our support team needs to analyze your file in the lab, we provide a secure FTP tool for uploading directly to our server. We can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if needed. However, if you choose not to send the file after signing the NDA, you will not be eligible for a refund.
